We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please send us an email at email@example.com (within 30 days from the purchase date) or through our contact page and we can set that up for you.
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- Item is damaged in transit.
- Incorrect Item is delivered.
- Item is defective or misprinted.
If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID, Transaction ID, Email,...etc).
How long will the refund take?
The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalise refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you - But just in case read below!
If the products have a manufacturing defect i.e ripped when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.
If the products have a different size than your order, let us know and we will send you new right size shirt.
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
